Implementation Options

There are 5 ways builders can leverage our services, whether or not their project is built in the CollectiVerse ecosystem:

  1. DeFi Native SPAC: Anyone can use / sell our fractional NFTs to raise funds from a group of investors. This has some similarities to a SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company) in TradFi, where a shell entity is funded to invest in a future business. In our ecosystem these are community managed which should significantly improve the TradFi SPAC model and performance. We call this innovation, DeFi-Native SPAC, which is a perfect tool for new builders or people who want to experiment, test ideas, partner with an NFT artist, or raise a small fund to acquire a project. Builders have the option to use our No-Code Platform or can acquire / build their own contracts, subject to audits.

  2. Contract Implementation: Developers of existing projects or new concepts can request to have their code integrated into CollectiVerse to leverage benefits of our ecosystem. This is no different than a developer building on a Layer 1 or 2 blockchain, but in this case it will be on our Layer 3. These developers have the option to utilize our fractional NFTs where they get the benefit to participate in our metaverse utility (where we jointly build a shared metaverse versus each project building their own). If developers choose not to use our NFTs, the only requirement is that the treasury must be managed by true decentralization using some governance token or CollectiVerse must represent 50% of members of their multisig. Developers must also have their code audited by one of our audit partners, which is a requirement in CollectiVerse, unless it was already audited by a highly-regarded auditor for the same chain (then only the integration into CollectiVerse needs to audited).

  3. Token Implementation: This is similar to #2 except that in some cases the only "integration" to our ecosystem is that your project's token would be in the CollectiVerse ecosystem (meaning it can only trade within CollectiVerse to ensure that the token and funds are secured). In this scenario we will approve a contract or project that wants to use our ecosystem tokens if it meets our governance / decentralization and audit requirements.

  4. Treasury Implementation: Similar to #3, developers can use CollectiVerse treasury management and decentralized custody, even if they haven't built their protocol on CollectiVerse.

  5. New Innovations: Developers with a unique innovation can potentially have their technology integrated into our No-Code DeFi platform and earn royalties on any project that uses their capabilities. If they want to keep the project completely outside of CollectiVerse, they can also leverage our ecosystem as long as they place the contracts in a multisig and we represent 50% of the multisig members.

We expect real world businesses with existing cash flow seek to leverage the CollectiVerse ecosystem using all 5 of these approaches.
